Our family has lived here since the 1950s. In early 2017 we opened The Lock to bring traditional Italian cooking from our family to yours.

Our mobile wood-fired oven rolls up to your event. We set up, fire it up, and serve hot pizza made right in front of your guests, then clean up after.
